Just purchased liftmaster and neither 2013 nor 2012 Chevrolets home links is compatible with Liftmaster opener. This was not cheap and we have got the repeater and still doesn't work...why would you do put a production out if you know it will not work with newer model vehicles? I am upset with the dealer who insisted I purchase it, home links and now liftmaster. I just wasted $ and will not tell anyone to purchase a liftmaster garage door opener EVER.

I have a Linear garage door opener. Someone stole one of my remotes and used it to get in my home. I still have the other remote and changed the code on it and the key pad... However, this person still used the remote he had to enter my home. How can I prevent this and still you the system?

Does your remote have dip switches or is it megacode? If it is megacode you need to clear the memory first, check that existing remote which you have does not work, then readd to the system. Instructions for the linear openers is on our website at www.gdcorp.com/linear
